Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- All website bookings require full payment to confirm booking
- Advance bookings via email or phone will require a deposit payment on invoice to secure booking
- Email or phone bookings within a week of arrival are payable on arrival and CC details are requested for security
- Prices are in NZD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations to be made by email to stay@tewawhakataa.co.nz
- 100% refund if cancellation is made up to one week prior to your arrival date
- 50% refund if cancellation is made one week and 48 hours prior to your arrival date
- No refund if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date
- No Shows will be invoiced for the full amount owing if a balance was only paid
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2pm | Check-out: 10am
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules
- No smoking/vaping inside or outside the premises.
- No pets.
- Guests must respect noise levels and property rules.
5. Liability & Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- The property is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
7. Force Majeure
- The property is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

We only have 2 rollaways on site (at $20 per night), so will need to confirm availability after your booking.
