1. Booking & Payment
- All reservations require a valid credit card or full payment to confirm.
- Prices are in NZD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made [7] days before arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- No-shows and late cancellations may be charged the full booking amount.
3. Check-in & Check-out

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules
- No smoking/vaping inside or outside the premises.
- No pets.
- Guests must respect noise levels and property rules.
5. Liability & Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- The property is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
7. Force Majeure
- The property is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
